B Allan Graphics, located in Alsip, Illinois, in business for 35 years. This is a business milestone in today’s harsh economic landscape. Everything that happened in 1988, looking back to when our facility opened, is still vivid in our minds. We began with a small rental unit, two small presses, and one large, which may have been one of the first in the U.S. from Germany. With our pre-press and bindery from the age of the ’60s or ’70s, our customer list was as short as my memory is now.

We Are Expanding
As our business continued, we relocated to a building four times our original size. I had worked for other companies that relocated multiple times, so I told myself we would not move again until we couldn’t push the walls any further or the ceiling any higher. That was the right decision—no one got hurt, nothing got broken, and we never neglected the needs of our customers. In the 25 years since then, we’ve expanded and upgraded our capacities.
Many of the same employees and customers from back then are still around, and that’s what matters to us—creating long-lasting relationships. Without them, all we’d have is a building with a bunch of machines sitting idle. With today’s ever-changing economy, we are grateful for the opportunity to continue to serve our customers, take pride in quality work, and deliver dependable customer service. Bruce and Lorraine, along with the rest of the staff, sincerely thank you for the first 30 years and look forward to the next 30!
